Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included.

Return shipping is arranged by the customer unless the item is defective.

If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us via Instagram before placing your order. We’ll be happy to consult you based on your measurements and help find the right fit.

To request a return, simply email sales@deleganclothes.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
