- ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
All prices are listed in euros (€), unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and its supported providers. We do not store full payment card details.
Depending on your payment provider, additional charges such as currency conversion fees may apply.
We may refuse or cancel orders in cases such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or irregular activity.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method and are indicative.
We work with trusted logistics partners. Delays may occur due to external factors such as customs or carrier operations.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
- RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Made-to-order, personalised or on sale / discounted items are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
