– The product is unused and in its original condition
– All labels, tags, and packaging are intact and unaltered
– A valid sales receipt is presented
Returns or exchanges may be made if the product does not meet your expectations in terms of shape, size, style, color, or dimensions.
If an item is found to be of inadequate quality, you may exchange it for the same item (if available) or select an alternative item of equal value from our current collection.
Please note: Shipping costs and any delivery-related risks associated with returning or exchanging items of proper quality are the responsibility of the customer.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
In accordance with hygiene standards and internal policy, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
– Items that have been used, washed, or dry-cleaned
– Items from which tags or labels have been removed
– Items used for photo or video production
– Items without a valid sales receipt
– Items produced with custom specifications
– Headwear and hair accessories
– Gift cards

Await a written confirmation of your request. We respond within 24 hours.

Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Returns or exchanges submitted without prior approval will not be accepted. The seller reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not comply with the conditions stated above.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we confirm that the returned item has been received in acceptable condition, in accordance with the conditions outlined above.
